I'm David Garrido from Sky Sports.

We're making good progress on our Playing for the Planet podcast series,

focused on football and sustainability and what the beautiful game can do to make sure our world also remains beautiful

and how we protect it not just for ourselves but for those who will inherit it from us.

In episode two, as well as Romer Defender Chris Smalling, we featured Gen Beattie, who plays for Arsenal Women

and we talked about the power of a plant-based diet as a really positive piece of climate action.

Well, we don't want to be accused of any specific London bias, so who better to speak to in episode three than someone who performed

with distinction for both Chelsea and Tottenham. Carlo Kudacini is now back with the blues as a

lone player technical coach and ambassador, but he's also using the sport we all love as a vehicle

to promote sustainability by helping extend the life cycle of clothing and footwear with added social benefits too

and it's all done through his organisation Footballers for Change.
