Fred also played for a very demanding coach in Greg Williams and even Marty Schottnheimer

so he can relate to some of what these guys

might be going through as they adjust to a coach that's more demanding.

Anyway, we'll get to all that, but we also talk about on the field stuff because I don't want

to limit it just to that topic because I know you don't want to hear just about that and I don't

want to just talk about that.

But it does have to be addressed because I'm curious,

right? You know, is it a big deal? Is it not? I ask key answers. We go on. Anyway, I'll get to some

of that more of that in the minute, but just a couple programming notes. I will have a podcast
