0:26.8	verse 12 so grab your journals. So y'all this morning I got up and I went to
0:31.2	Starbucks because I needed a little boost of energy
0:33.8	because I woke up cramping and if you are a female if you are a woman you already
0:38.8	know the fatigue you're trying to take us out okay so I was like I need to get up, get moving and get me
0:44.4	something to drink to get some caffeine in me so I can get done but I need to get done
0:47.9	today. So as I was leaving Starbucks, I'm thinking to myself like yeah I'm
0:52.1	definitely not working out today like I'm thinking to myself like yeah, I'm definitely not working out today like I'm bloated
0:54.8	cramping I'm already sleepy and I just woke up like I'm not working out today and then the
0:59.0	Holy Spirit reminded me of something what the Holy Spirit reminded me of is the fact that when I was in high school, that was never my excuse. Like if you're a loyal bay, you know that when I was in school, I was a cheerleader, I was on the step team, I played volleyball, I was on a debate team, like I was on the step team I played volleyball I was on a debate team like I was always in something okay like always in something my mom will always had to pick me up from a million and one practices I was a steper in Chile at the same time. I would go to half
1:24.1	a practice for Chile and dance for my other half of time after school at Stelt because I had a leadership
1:29.2	position on both teams. So I was very very busy and then after I would leave practices I would go to work. My junior year I got a job and I would go to work. Okay? So I thought about how when I was in school and if it was my time of the month I wasn't able to say I'm not going to practice because we either had a competition or we had a step show coming up like it was something that was coming up where I couldn't tell myself I'm just not going to practice today.
1:53.0	Like regardless, cramping or not, I was going to practice.
1:56.0	And what God reminded me of was the fact that because I had that schedule set in place
2:02.0	or because that was a rule I made myself do it and when I was thinking about it
