You know, we need more coaches. There's never enough good coaches. Now, there's plenty of bad coaches, right? And there's ways to do that, too. And we'll

dive into that. What's a good coach from a bad coach? But if you want to help your team win, help your coach coach. I find it fascinating. I feel at the high school level specifically, and a little bit in the college, I feel like the NBA does a little bit better. We don't do a great job as players mentoring and coaching up our peers.

And I think it's a combination of, one, the players not feeling comfortable doing it. And then also on the flip side, the players aren't open to receiving it. So, I mean, it's got to be a two-way street. I can't coach you if you're not willing to let me. And I won't do it if I don't feel comfortable.
