As we're recording this, we're in the midst of the quote-unquote off-season, at least during the summer season. It's off-season for some. You may be playing in different tournaments and things, but if you're in a traditional high school schedule or collegiate schedule, this is technically the off-season. and it kind of dawned on me just now watching

TJ with some of his quote-unquote teammates,

the people that he works alongside and does life alongside, sending each other reminders and

And you all use a really cool app to do that.

And it reminded me, TJ, the need for us as teammates, especially during the summer,

to continuously check in with our teammates, to keep momentum going, to give updates to your

teammates of what you're doing, see how things are going with them, see what they're up to,

but not allowing this time away from your teammates to distance yourself or for your relationship
