You know, really good defenders stay on the floor. Coaches trust them. And so it doesn't matter how fast, how quick you are. So if you've got those abilities, those God-given abilities, you have probably a higher ceiling as a defender. But we're going to talk to a lot of you out there that might not have all of those gifts. How do I overcome that when I'm overpowered? But before we do, I just want to send a quick thanks and a shout out to our friends that lead them up and PGC basketball. If you haven't ever been, check out a session. But today I got Graham Maxwell, and Graham was my assistant coach, but Graham was also a player for me in college. And some of you players might be able to relate to this. Let me just give you a little bit of background. But I was recruiting

Graham, and there's a lot of things I really liked about him. I thought he saw the game really

well. I thought he was a great teammate. I thought he could shoot it. There's, he played hard. Those were all things I really liked about him. But did have a little bit of a meek makeup. Not now, though. He's been in the weight room, trust me. But he did have a little bit of a meek makeup as far as like you just you know you were
