If you put your effort in concentration and to play into your potential to be the best that you can be, I don't care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game. In my book, we're going to be winners.

The talent for so many players today, the talent and the spotlight, it's taking them to heights that their character's not strong enough to support.

I'm one of those set goals and chiefness.

I talked about faith, passion, obviously, the drive with the guys that I've been around,

and the guys that surround me every single day.

If I want to be one of the best, I've got to play with and against the best.

So that which gets praised, gets what people.

manufactured chips on their shoulder and what i mean by that we all know what a chip on our

shoulder is right it can be that driving force that motivates us and inspires us and pushes us

and gets us relentlessly pursuing our goals but what if you don't have one, right? What if there's nothing

pressing? Should you make one? Should you almost go out of your way and like find one, find that

chip and create it and allow it to build into something bigger than maybe what it is as a result

to help push you forward and motivate you. What are your thoughts

on creating those chips on your shoulders if there isn't one available? Well, I think every player's

different, you know, and every player's got to find what gets them to that place. My choice would

always be in recruiting. I would much rather find intrinsically motivated players than
