1:06.1	of your team it's always about leadership we need individuals to step up as. We need you to really kind of perform at that leadership role.
1:13.9	And, you know, our team's only going to go as far as our leaders take us.

1:19.9	And let me say that is important.
1:22.3	Yes, leadership is so important.
1:24.7	Leaders need to step up.
1:26.2	All that has to happen.
1:28.1	But there's another dynamic that plays into this that has to be addressed.
