Hello, my friends. Welcome to the Astrosal. I am Kory Allen. You are you and as

always it's great to be here with you in this moment of time. I hope that you're

doing well and you're feeling well today. I hope that all is going right in your

life and it's good to be here flowing in this moment with you and when you

think about it, it's quite it's quite interesting to have two ways of

consciousness suspended within two bodies that are intertwining and resonating

and understanding each other through the vibration of sound and voice. The all of

that is never lost on me and I'm glad to be sharing that with you in this

moment. So I think that the weirdness of what I just said is probably a good way

to get into this week's podcast only because it's a a little bit of a deeper

one, right? One of the things that I've heard quite often and I've also

experienced myself in the past is a certain plateau on the inward journey. I'm

going to speak to that and talk about how to move through plateaus when

we hit them. One very large one that I think everyone passes through at some

point or another and I look forward to sharing my thoughts on that with you. It's

that time of year and you may be feeling bombarded by charity appeals each with

their own emotive stories and powerful imagery but today's sponsor giving what

we can is a charity that's completely different. Instead of splurging for

beautiful billboards and celebrity endorsements, they're spinning their

resources working to identify the most impactful causes and the best
