random plates on a partial look up right so if you sat on the side of the road or

ran an automatic license plate reader it's's allowed to reveal, I think, the

make and model of the car, make sure the appropriate plates on it, but not much more than that.

What that F1 quote unquote look up is, it's to reveal the status of the vehicle,

whether it's unregistered, expired, suspended, or stolen,

or the same that applies to the owner being suspended, expired, unlicensed, or wanted in some

So with that, you need no constitutional requisite to run somebody's plate randomly, a partial

Now we go to the next stage, an F2, a full lookup. In order to access the computer system,

the computer database, or having your dispatch center run somebody for a full lookup, that means
