We took, obviously, you guys know that we've taken the month of July, mostly off.

But we did want to take part in plastic-free July, as we mentioned in episode 88, I think it was.

So we've been doing our best to cut down on plastic, particularly single-use plastics over the period of July.

So we thought we'd come back today and talk a bit about that.
