Summary

Pastor Vlad continues the sermon series "While in Quarantine". He speaks on the importance of having the right perspective during a season of trials. *If you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior for the first time, please go to www.hungrygen.com/vip Notes: Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. John 12:24 Jesus is the Seed: - Seed is small - Planted by the Father - Falls into the ground - Seed dies - Produces a harvest John 12:25-26 What looks like a burial is actually planting.  1. Trust in God’s plan when it feels like this is part of the devil’s plot. Pain can paralyze your perspective.  Put your trust in the farmer, not in your feelings. Fear will show you a funeral;  Faith will show you a forest.  Fear relies on feelings; Faith relies on the Farmer.  2. Prophetic insight gives a positive outlook. Prophecy helps me to see the future (destiny); Pessimism lets me see the funeral (death). 3. Follow the Comforter when all comforts fail.  Comfort brings happiness; The Comforter brings joy.  People who are addicted to comfort don’t follow the Comforter.  The Comforter doesn’t keep us in the comfort; The Comforter doesn’t leave us on the cross.  Holy Spirit doesn’t lead us to the cross; he leads us through the cross.  The Cross is the symbol of our faith;  The empty grave is the foundation of our faith.  The Cross dealt with sin; The empty tomb dealt with death. When He died, so did my sin. When He rose, so did my hope. Master - Model - Mentor  It might be Friday in your life, but Sunday is coming!  Hebrews 9:14 Romans 8:11 Stay connected with Pastor Vlad: Instagram www.instagram.com/vladhungrygen Facebook www.facebook.com/vladhungrygen Twitter www.twitter.com/vladhungrygen Subscribe to his blog: www.hungrygen.com/blog Invite Pastor Vlad to speak www.hungrygen.com/invite
