Hey everybody good morning. Welcome to the Plant-based Morning Show Thursday, August 1st. A little bit of a weird show today, actually a completely weird show today. I went to bed sick last night, had the fever dreams and the chills and all that throughout the night so woke up feeling awful and

mostly just left this morning so anyway we're not gonna have a show today but we did

want to come on live because Doug why don't you tell everyone the nice the news

All right well Matt first of all I'm sorry you're sick that sounds pretty miserable.

there will not be any shows next week any plan-based morning shows we may drop a

couple interviews that we did a little while ago, or

than Matt Tolman did a little while ago.

I put those up on the feed just to get people,

give the good people something to listen to,

but we will not be doing any morning shows next week.

We'll be back the following week which Tuesday the what the 11th 12th something like that? I don't really know.

Tuesday the 6th I have to, could it be Tuesday the 13th?

Is that, is it that long?

Tuesday the 13th, oh my gosh, yeah, we'll be back in 13 days.

Whoa.

A long time.. Long time. Yeah, but you know that's what you get in the summertime.
