Yesterday, I did however go for a walk, not too. So I want to get back to it but you know it unfortunately it just

sort of fizzled out. I kind of stopped paying attention to stuff which had kind of

happened at the beginning of it like the reading and the drinking of water.

I was just doing that all the time and I stopped paying attention.

So certainly there were some days probably where I just didn't notice that I didn't drink the

right amount of water.

So I'll do that again for sure. Like very soon I will start that up again and when I do I'm going to try to be a little more formal about it. I still want to have it flexible where if I you know want to go on a trip or something and not do it's fine but I need to have a checklist of like here's the five things to do, whatever, six, and actually do it, because I was a little too nonchalant about it, I think.
