dumping on plant-based things that are bad.

Is it low in protein the six type of people who avoid it

It concludes even some people who are supporters of it who won't order it when they're out

Matt I'm doing well. I have not had any playing-based meat in a little while.

Although we did have some for brunch the other day, some sausages, but I've been working through a whole bunch of lentils recently.

The humble lentil, been making a strong appearance in my house over the past few several days.

Good, like that, teach everyone a little humility.

It's good, good for the children.

How about you, Matt, what are you up to?

Well, we're mostly have been avoiding plant-based meat as well. I don't

Oh, you know, we ate some to a forky sausage on a night, we made a little pasta thing because that was all we had.

Yeah, it's okay. I don't mind that one too much. It's not my, I'm just kind of sick of it, honestly.

But yeah, just kind of stand away from those things recently. I've had a little bit of a

waking up where I'm just less interested in the fake vegan stuff because there's a

lot of it and it creeps into our lives in many ways. Now it's the fake vegano seems to be in a bunch of stuff that we're eating.

You know, salads make little aioli sauce for those botany sandwiches we make and it just shows up everywhere.

Fake stuff.

Do you think, I mean, do you think that fake vegan mayo is any faker than the non-vegan mayor?
