Hey, good afternoon everybody. It's Friday, March 15th it's still technically

morning on the West Coast and even where Isabel is Colorado right is still there so

yeah oh no actually I'm in Wyoming technically right now just cross the bike

a bike racing trip now just going to see some friends some my my ultra friends

just a trip. Nice.

Okay, good. All right anyway, so it is morning somewhere in the country.

So I guess technically a morning show still.

We've done the Plant-based Morning Show in the afternoon, just a few times when we've had to delay.

We figured we've been trying different things in this time slot,

no me to have the radio, different formats.

So we just figured we'd try a Plant-based Morning show since the actual plant-based morning show has been really cranking recently.

So hopefully we'll get some people to show up here and join us live for this afternoon show so we can get some feedback on how they like the format.

But anyway, the difference of course from the usual morning shows is we've got Isabelle tonight.

We have three hosts.

Other than having guests on, this may be the first like three host morning show is that is that accurate

Hosts yes we've had guessing four of course of course of course. Of course, right on. Yeah.
