Hello and welcome to episode five of Best Slide Plans, the podcast where we talk all about planning and planning methods and planners and all things related to planning.

0:19.1

I am very excited this morning. I am actually

0:22.2

recording this early in the morning. So I don't know. That's kind of fun. Got some

0:26.7

planning energy going on right now. We are going to attack some Q&As. You guys sent me lots of

0:33.9

amazing questions. And my plan was always to do a Q&A episode approximately every four episodes where I just

0:41.6

0:43.5

And so you can continue to submit those.

0:45.9

You can send them either as comments on my blog, the shoebox.com, T-H-U-B-O-X.com,

underscore shoebox or at shoebox underscore plans. So any of those places, I will definitely get your

podcast. So thank you so much for sending those in and you can continue to send those my way.

1:18.7

1:41.2

that coffee is involved in my planning rituals. I love coffee and I am addicted to it.

1:48.9

So I definitely start my day with a cup of black coffee every single day. And I have since I was about 15 years old. So there's that.

1:58.2

So I do plan for the most part in the morning. And I will say that planning is not a

2:05.2

one and done sort of ritual. So you can't just say like, oh, I planned for the day. So I'm done.

2:09.6

You really need to be looking at your list and updating them throughout the day. But you're right.

2:13.8

There is like that one moment when you sit down and plan out exactly how you're
