So now we have two parts left, how to work with the hotel and then what to do after your off site. So let's get into it. So how do we work

with hotels? It's a little bit of an art and some science when it comes to

working with hotels and as we said throughout the

series our guidance here is based on our years many years of working with hundreds of

hotels and it's really it's everything that I wish I had

been told when I first started I learned a lot of this the hard way so when it

comes to working with hotels number one get everything in writing.

Number two, know who all the players are, who you're going to be working with.

Number three, how to ship materials to a hotel. We're going to cover that. We're going to cover

following up and then the last rule and it really kind of goes throughout this

whole series or throughout this whole process is to be nice.
