it's actually Plank of the Year. You're going to be seeing all sorts of people joining in,

and I'm delighted to say that kicking us off Mr Mark Dolan, talk really his very own anti-masker,

although, of course, it's not really an anti-masker, are you? You don't want to go too far. I'm delighted to debate all of the COVID measures.

Of course you are. And Emily Carver is also here, a woman who, if it wasn't for Dawn Neeson would have

appeared most on Plank of the week for the whole year. We'll be seeing Dawn Neeson a little bit later on.

And so what we're going to do is we're going to discuss the top 20, starting with number 20.

And it is, of course, the Welsh First Minister, Mr Mark

Drakeford. What has been inflicted upon the Welsh people in the name of a scientific punt,

as in a national lockdown?

Scientific what?

What's happened to the Welsh people, the good people of Wales, is cruel, actually.

Don't forget that earlier in the year, this was a population that was subjected to the ruling in which certain non-essential items were banned from sale.

So apparently an oven tray or a winter throw was the purchase of which was an arrestable offence.

Weren't books as well outlawed, Emily?
