And it's a very special plaque of the week this week because we've got somebody here who has never been here before.

We've tried many times to get him, but he's finally succumbed to the pressure.

I have done that on a couple of occasions.

Not everybody does. I wasn't going to suggest it was you that does that.

But I mean, you know, some people get on better with other people.

You know, we like to try and have a kind of synergy of personalities.
