I am finally back home in Los Angeles.

It's been such a doozy.

I've been away for a year and a half.

So much has changed over the past year and a half.

I feel like I'm coming home a different person to a different

home in some ways. So yeah, you know it's an interesting it's an interesting

journey we're all on and I think there's a lot to reflect on here as

2023 comes to a close. We've got one more episode this year before we take

hiatus. You know I always take two weeks off around the holidays to reset and so yeah next week December 18th will be our last episode of 2023

Before we do dive into this week's episode, I want to thank those of you who continue to support

Gosh, we've been on since 2014. So next year will be our 10 year anniversary, which is
