Welcome back to another day, another week here at the damage more with me, John

arola and J. J.R. Jackson, host of the watch list returns. Once again, JR has it going.

It's going okay, John Adirola. How are you feeling, brother? How have you been in the past week?

I mean mostly good, you know? I mean, I've been, you've been getting over sickness. I have like a,

it's like an allergy thing or a sinus

infection. And I get those a lot. It's just, it's really annoying. It's so hard to crack it. And you

just, I feel like I'm in a fog a lot of the time. And I don't like that. I like being like,

you know, sharp-minded. It's important for the job. And especially, you know, with like kid and you want to have energy. And it's a sort of thing that just like, I don't know, like, sometimes I wish I could just like get stabbed in the arm rather than have sinus congestion. Because like, you know, it's, it's in your head. But anyway, how are you doing? I can't complain too much.

I have, there's been things on my mind, John.

If I could take a minute to get it off my mind.
