Today we're going to open with three good things. The first good thing is that it has been windows open weather in Asheville.

0:25.8

I am pretty thrilled about it.

0:28.6

Honestly, there's a solid five days we didn't close the windows at all and eventually did get too hot to do that all day and all night

hey, take some duck fat home, cook with it, just put it in the fridge or I had a

1:39.6

coworker who made a banana pudding and put it in the kitchen and was like, hey, there's banana putting in the kitchen.

1:45.0

That's stuff that I think you take for granted if you always had a workplace or a work environment.

1:51.0

But there's something really special about it when you have been working

1:55.7

at home alone for years or on the road alone. It's different than what I'm used to and it's

2:01.2

really sweet and special.

2:03.0

And the third thing is the changing seasons.

2:06.0

I'm really looking forward to fall.

2:09.0

I'm not usually a big fall person,
