Welcome back to the Ross Bullin podcast otherwise known as RBP presented by

Bolin Media. I am your host Ross Bullin and before we dive into today's show I

wanted to give you an update quickly on how the hiring process is going for our

second full-time Bolin Media employee. Technically I'm the first. We've interviewed

three candidates now. I have two more to schedule this week and we'll likely be

pulling trig and making a decision within the next month, barring unforeseen

circumstances. She is going phenomenally the outpouring of support from people

on patreon.com slash Ross Bullin podcast to help us make this happen has been

incredible. The amount of people reaching out to apply and get involved in any

capacity has been truly humbling and I can't wait to continue to grow this

thing with it with y'all. Thank you for all the support. This has been our

biggest couple weeks of the year so far of 2020 and I'm really putting the

work in so to see it paying off and y'all loving the content makes me very

very happy so thank you. Also I finally got a haircut today. First time in 2020

if I'm not mistaken maybe not. First time in at least a few a couple few months

though since this shit all started right and so like my haircut lady whatever

their hair stylist I guess she has to text me like you waiting your car I'll text

you when you can come into the lobby you have to wear a mask obviously then like

and you have to wear one that goes over the ears so like when they take off one

ear to trim your ear you have to hold the mask over your mouth in the middle
