Hello. I'm Laura. Hi. What's going on? So I have a question. I am a 2021 graduate. I work within

the fashion industry. And my job is hybrid. I go into the office in New York occasionally,

but I mostly work remote. I've been with the company for about a year now. So I just recently

had my annual review and I asked my boss what she sees my career trajectory being within the company.

And she basically told me that there really isn't any room for growth. That a lot of people use

this current position and company as a resume builder just to gain experience. So that was
