So doozy Podcasty Podcast, you are in for a treat. We have got Julian Sage from the

Vacation Rental Machine podcast also of short-term sage. He's based in the

USA and the reason why I reached out to Julian is that I would I wanted an Americans just influence and just insight to how the coronavirus crisis is affecting them

We talk about Airbnb we talk about booking.com, we talk

about verbal we talk about the need now to get direct bookings into your

portfolio. Julian has got a free part slides. He didn't tell me about it beforehand. He brought it in during

the show and it shows how they are recommending a small, a medium and a hard pivot for their rental arbitrage business.

So those of you who don't know the American model, rental arbitrage is basically the

serviced accommodation rent-to-rent model that we have in the UK.

They've got over 34 properties, they've got a

podcast, they've got a course, they do loads of work over in America in the

United States. I'm looking forward to to partner up more with them, to them to come

and give insight to our host over here in the

UK and Europe and obviously worldwide but obviously for me to go into their community and help

them with their American host and just start talking more about direct bookings over the course of the coming weeks.
