I want to talk about Pittsburgh today because the Pittsburgh Steelers are in a really weird spot.

And before we dive into the topic, I want to share, if I had to make a favorite team in football,

it would be the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I'm a fan of them.

I love Mike Tomlin.

I love the team.

And it's a pretty good team to be a fan of.

They're very stable.

They win a lot of games.

Their coach has his act together. Like they have not been a mess as an organization, which makes me a fan of them. Actually like their stability. A lot of the things I'm going to criticize about Pittsburgh

today are actually reasons why I'm a fan of them. I could never be a fan of a team that is

terribly run or has a bad coach or doesn't have a good culture. And the Pittsburgh Steelers

have a good ownership group, stable coach, good culture. I don't hate Pittsburgh. In fact,

I'm a fan of them. And in the last 10 years, they've made the playoffs seven of those 10 years. It's been pretty good.

Like the Raiders or the Bears and that same stretch of time have made the playoffs only twice.

But for Pittsburgh, in those seven years making a playoff game, they've only won three playoff games total. So, and by the way, it gets worse because

the playoff wins are nine years ago and ten years ago. I picked ten, the last ten years,

because that's kind of a round, simple number. You could say in the last eight years, they've made

the playoffs five times and have zero wins. So that's not great.

And even though Pittsburgh is making playoff games, they're barely doing it, right? They have a

winning record every year. But in the last four years, in 2021, they went nine, seven, and one,

lost in the wild card round. In 2022, they went nine and eight no playoff game but
