but I'm going to play the old school Birds, Booze, and Buds, intro music

because that's what we're doing tonight.

I'm here with my buddy Roger Schumann.

We're at a place that he calls the Nitro Bar,

and he calls it that because there is a gigantic boat stuffed into this place.

That motor is bigger than a refrigerator by a long ways. It's giant. It's giant. But we just got done spending a whole

day of fishing literally from time we get on the water this morning. 8.30? 8 o'clock, something like

that. And we fished until after 4 o'clock this afternoon.

And it kind of sucked a little bit.

It was terrible.

We've talked about it a lot today, but it might be an old wives tale.

It certainly doesn't seem to be, but we had an east wind today.

It seems like, I mean,

the old saying is the wind blows out of the east fish bite the least. Definitely.

My grandpa had a different saying that's a little bit too colorful for us to actually use

on the podcast, but I don't know what it is, but I'm honest to God, I don't,

racking my brain, I fish quite a lot.

You fish way more than I do, but I can't ever remember just a banger of a day with an east wind.

No.

Like ever.
