some it's not that they're putting a shirt on first it's that they're like I

want to let it dangle as long as possible until the last possible minute.

Maybe you take a shower and you dry off and you realize your nuglies are not quite dry enough yet.

But you do, you're in a hurry, so maybe you slap on it.
