1:12.4	other dollars of threat and cuts, as you may know, or I'll tell you here, he has effectively
1:17.5	revoked, except for a federal judge intervention on Friday, revoked Harvard's ability to have any
1:24.5	foreign students at all attend its university.
1:32.0	Harvard is not Harvard without its international students.
1:34.0	That's their words, not mine.
