And here we are a year later and the pirates are very close to hitting some of the same mistakes that those mariners made.

culture for a little bit because it's something that has been brought up so, so often since October and November of 2019.

About how that was the most important thing for this new regime is building that player-centric, player-centered culture.

And I am not going to deny it.

If we're talking about legitimate things that needed to be addressed,

culture is a big one.

Culture was a big one.

It was one that really fell apart under a Huntington and hurdle at the end.

That 2019 collapse was absolutely dead.

In the clubhouse, in terms of effort, at the very end, they were done.

And it was one of those, they could not go back to that, they could not go back to

Huntington and Hurtle and it was recognized and they were let go. And that's why coming in,

Charrington, Shelton, that was the most important thing. We have to make it player-centered.
