Man, good afternoon to you, sir. How are you doing today?

Man, I'm doing okay. Yeah, doing okay. Things are nuts. They're just absolutely nuts.

We've been covered up with, man, mail orders. And it's funny because I get the sense that, you know, we see this lull of pipe smokers

typically in the summertime.

But this year, we've started to come back pretty strong a little earlier than usual.

And so, yeah, yeah, kind of fascinating.

We're, you know, seeing a lot of pipe smokers that are, you know, doubling down on it

kind of earlier in the year than they normally do. So, you know, that makes it exciting. You know, we're happy to, you know, be reconnecting with our pipe friends throughout the country. And yeah, man, slinging it, just sending our, sending our tobaccos all over. And it's been fun to, you know, chat with other folks in the community. So, yeah, it's been pretty good, man, been pretty good. Man, I'm glad to hear it. That's, uh, that's always good. Um, yeah, no, it's, uh, it, yeah, yeah, busy, busy time of year. So, what's going on with you? Yeah, you know, we're just keeping it together, man. I'm just keeping it together. Yeah, right. Are you keeping it on the rails? Is that about all you can say right now? Just, just barely. Just barely. Just doing the thing, trying to keep it all together. But, yeah, man, we, you know, we're right here in the middle of hurricane season here in Houston and, uh,

or I guess really kicking off hurricane season more than anything else. And, uh, these last couple of rains have just really shown us that we are not, like, our house is not prepared for this year. And so we've been, um, we had a contractor out to take a look at some things and, and just learn some scary stuff that we're going to have to just, you know, those surprise

You know, like, oh, okay, that's not supposed to look like that.

Great. Okay, great. Great. So, yeah. Part of owning a home, man, especially, you know, in that kind of circumstance, it's, you know, pretty nuts that, yeah, it's just how, I don't know, that's where, you know, it separates the men from the boys, I guess, right? I guess, I mean, I've got no disrespect for anybody that's written from that standpoint, but you're absolutely right. It's a home ownership is, what do you say? We call it an adventure so that we maintain our sanity.

So yeah, that's right.
