And so Jim, just tell me, how are you doing today? What's going on in the sailboat that you're at right now?

It's a beautiful day. We've had a lot of wind. So being in a slip with rough water and wind can be somewhat unpleasant. But that has stopped,

and it's a beautiful day. And it's actually quite seasonal temperature. It's very comfortable for me.

It's a little cold for everybody else around here, but I find it very pleasant. And so I'm just having a nice day today.

We're going to be getting together later on.

It's my birthday today, so all my friends here in the yard are going to get together,

and we're going to have a little gathering later on this afternoon.

So it's a fun day and not a big work day, which is nice.
