Regular listeners may remember we've talked a bit about social media and its impact on our psyches.

More than 4 billion people around the world use some form of social media, according to a report by Boston University.

And it's doing a number on those psyches I was talking about.

Research shows that the impact is especially great on young people, who often experience

increased levels of stress and anxiety based on what they see on social media.

Well, last year a whistleblower from Meta, the company formerly known as Facebook, even

stepped forward to say that the company knew about the negative impact social media was having

on mental health and didn't do anything
