Speaking of good people doing good things we have locally a barbecue joint called Pinkerton's and in a barbecue town to to be in the conversation is something to be proud of because we've got some

amazing barbecue joints and we got a lot of amazing barbecue joints that never

get any press I'm not just talking about the ones that are

that are beloved by local media. But when you play the game and it is a game and it is

competitive, it's cutthroat, where you're being talked about as one of the great

barbecue folks.

It is cutthroat, it's hard to stay at the top.

Grant Pinkerton, Pinkerton's barbecue,

went to, was it Memphis where he was? And he told us, like on. was at

the next day, he was, and he told us, like on a Tuesday, the big competition was the next day,

he was going to win it, and damned if he didn't.

I think that was two years in a row.

He has the location in the Heights against our advice because nobody takes our advice.

We told him it makes no sense to open your second location in Sanantown.

Stay closer to home so you can manage them but nobody listens to us but now he's

opened his third location you know where it is from that that 59 diner on
