0:24.1	This is the pilot's episode, so I'm going to talk a bit about how this podcast came about, the background of it, and more importantly, what you can expect from it going forward.
0:36.0	And who should listen to this podcast?
0:41.6	Because not all triathlum podcasts are for all triathletes.
0:46.3	There are different differentiation points in each podcast, so I want to tell you about whether this one is for you or not.
0:48.9	And I'm also going to tell you a little bit about myself later in the episode.

0:55.9	is Michael Erickson and I'm from Finland and I run the website Scientific Triathlon.com. So you can go to
1:03.2	that and check it out. I've been doing that for probably a year and a half. And I wanted to make a
1:10.4	podcast because I'm a podcast junkie myself.
1:12.6	And I've been doing these interviews on Scientific Triathlon.com that I put up on the blog as video
1:19.8	interviews. And there were even downloadable MP3s there that you could download and listen on
1:24.4	the go. But it's just not the same user experience.
1:28.3	Or that's what I think when you had to physically download it and do, take several
1:32.9	steps to get that file to your phone compared to just go into your favorite podcast
1:38.2	player app and subscribing to a show and getting every single episode every time and
1:43.5	you would be ready to
1:44.4	go and on your commute or on your workout or anything you could listen to that so I decided
1:50.8	that I should take those interviews and bring the concept to a real proper podcast and that's
