Praise the Lord, people of God. Welcome back to the Biblos Network. We're so glad that you've taken the time to join us today. I trust God is helping you and sustaining you where you are. You're making it through this crazy world and this crazy society that we find ourselves in.

I was talking to an elder the other day and they were saying,

I never thought I would see this day.

I never thought I would see the day when political tensions were so high

and when the moral scheme and the moral landscape of the United States of America was so radically

shifting.

But it has been said before that when David was recording the Psalms and he made the statement

that the mountains would flee, they would melt, that the mountains would flee,

they would melt, that the sea would flee before God. And he talked about the radical landscape shifting when the Lord appeared.

That is prophetic eschatological language, and it's poetic.
