Today we'll be exploring the world of Pokemon.

My friends Charmander and Pikachu are going to show us how they relax their minds and bodies.

They're so excited to see you.

All you have to do is close your eyes, get cozy, and listen to the sound of my voice.

Mrs. Honeybee will be your guide.

Let's begin.

Join me in a small, quiet, Pokemon Gym, where the best trainers come to improve themselves and their

Pokemon. Pictures of these world famous trainers with their strongest Pokemon line the

otherwise plain white walls.

Look closely at the last picture on the wall in a black frame closest to where you are.

It's a picture of you with your favorite Pokemon.

You are ready. One of the best Pokemon trainers in you are here to improve even more.

A few of my Pokemon friends that are here, getting themselves comfortable as well,

will say hello.

Pikachu is here with us.

He is most comfortable laying on his belly because that helps him calm his electric charge.

Jiggly Puff is also here.

She prefers to lay down on her back and gently roll her puffy, jiggly

self side to side until she is perfectly comfortable. Charmander is here too. He is most

comfortable sitting upright with his flametail wrapped around him and his arms resting in his lap.
