My friend Snorlax and Ditto are going to show us how they relax their minds and bodies.

All you have to do is close your eyes, get cozy, and listen to the sound of my voice. Mrs. Honeybee will be your guide.

Pokemon. Pictures of these world famous trainers with their strongest

Pokemon line the white walls. Look closely at the last picture on the wall, closest

you are.

It's a picture of you with your favorite Pokemon.

You are already one of the best Pokemon trainers and you are here to improve even more.

Take a moment to get yourself comfortable. It's okay to shimmy and shake a little as you do.

He prefers to change positions.
