I hope to be here the rest of the show.

Oh, terrific. Sure that will happen though.

I am still quite ill from COVID-19.

COVID-19, named for the year 2019.

When it was first created by Dr. Fauci and his friends.

And it is now 2023, four years later.

And I'm still missing work because of that same disease that's just absolutely amazing.

Well, and you felt like you were at least on the sidewalk leading to death's door for a day, a couple of days?

Yeah, I've had COVID four times now and this was the worst of it, which is unfortunate.

Yeah, that's a little disturbing, honestly.

Yeah, it really is.

So I tweeted that out the other day and one shouldn't ever read the responses on Twitter and take them as any sign of normalcy.

I mean, there's plenty of get-well soon, I'm sorry to hear that, but there's also a lot of whackingness out there.

And the number of people who don't or either claim to don't believe that COVID is actually ever was a thing or still is a thing is quite amazing to me.

Yeah, if I got as sick as I've been for the last three days and didn't know what it was, I'd be really freaking scared.

What the hell?
