I really do appreciate you coming back. Today we're going to do a pretty simple one,

simple as far as the complexity that I've been launching into lately, all about frame control,

why you should have the power and the relationship. Actually, don't think that one's launched yet.

I don't even know where the hell I am, but I know that frame control won the number one misunderstanding.

That was pretty complicated, so I just kind of want to ease it off a little bit.

As a coach, we teach on many different levels, the 10,000 foot perspective,

which we're going to do today. And then we get deep into the weeds.

And I feel as a coach, you need to be good at both.

So this one's a little bit more of an introductory type of thing to the 10 don'ts.

You don't want to do around women. Don't want to do on the first date.

And this is something that I may tell a kid that I'm coaching in high school or even middle school.

I'll be like, all right, buddy, don't do these things that guys typically do.

And you'd be surprised even you older gentlemen that are listening.

You probably do a lot of these things inadvertently as well.

So it's really important to know what they are because these are attraction killers.

These things just decimate attraction before I jump into the content.
