A lot of happenings now in the Kohlberger case and all of the things that we

perhaps predicted are turning out maybe not to be true, although you see the thumbnail on

the screen. Concern in jury pool, the Kovurger case, that's 100% true. And we're going to get

into how to pick a fair jury in the Koeberger case, at least what

the prosecution and the defense, as well as Judge Hipler, will be doing to ensure a fair,

objective voir dire, and to have both sides have this process work for them so they can seat only the people

that they will consider to be fair jurors and that's what they want and later on in the show we're

going to go over a jury questionnaire, not the, because

the one is not published for the public to see, although allegedly we're hearing

thousands, hundreds, perhaps thousands of people are receiving these jury questionnaires in the form of in the mail,

and they're being called into the court to turn in, of course, their jury questionnaire.

And then from that, they will have to pick 12 jurors and eight alternates.

So out of hundreds, perhaps thousands of people, they're going to pick 12 jurors and

eight alternates.

And we're going to get into more about this case, but it also looks like Judge Hipler is full steam going ahead with this

case in a timely fashion on August 11th. It doesn't seem like he's going to grant the continuance

because the juror questionnaires have gone out. Why would they go out and why would they go ahead with

trying to select a jury if he intended to give a continuance? The other thing is that the

alternate suspect, that looks like it's not going to happen either. So some interesting rulings. And this judge is no nonsense. He's going to happen either. So some interesting rulings.
