If you imagine a brand new puzzle in a box with a cellophane wrapper around it, you lay

it out on your dining room table and in a given amount of time, you can put that puzzle

together.

In homicide investigation, there's always pieces of the puzzle missing.

Somebody's been inside there taking pieces out intentionally, accidentally, inadvertently,

sometimes depositing pieces of other puzzles in to the box that don't fit and they're

not even for this puzzle.

For today's episode, we spoke to Sheriff Clark, cotton of Sullivan County, Indiana.

There is a lot of corn and beans in Sullivan County.

Sullivan County is a community of about 20,000 people.

The murder is not real common in this county and unsolved murders are even more rare.

And within Sullivan County, we're actually going to Farmer's Burg, which is just 15 minutes

south of Terahot.

Terahot is a city of about 80,000 people, known as the Crossroads of America.

You know, Scott, I have to ask you before we started researching this particular case,

had you heard of either city?
