Why didn't you mention John Allen in Cincinnati when you were talking about Dexter Lawrence?

Well, Nick, I had forgotten that John Allen had signed with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Totally forgotten that fact.

But I should have been reminded of it because when we were reading through the Dexter

Lawrence double team information over the last four years,

Dexter Lawrence was the most double teamed interior defensive linemen of the last four

years.

On that list was John Allen on the top five list. I think he was fifth.

John Allen had an okay season in Minnesota. They were way over the salary cap and just couldn't

keep them for another season and moved on. So Cincinnati has, in addition to Dexter Lawrence,

they've got John Allen who will play side by side with Dexter Lawrence, and remember they added Boye-Maffe from Seattle as an edge

rusher. Of course, they lost Trey Hendrickson. That's going to be a very interesting division.

The AFC North always is. Pittsburgh won it last year.

Baltimore will certainly be the favorite again. But Cincinnati, if they're healthy on offense,

the key, I mean, they didn't have their quarterback enough last year. But Joe Burrow,

Jamar Chase, T. Higgins, Chase, Chase Brown, etc.

With Joe Burrow, they should certainly be, you know, a 9-10-win team.

And if the defense improves at all, they could be a real threat.
