So a couple quick things before we get into the censorship of social media.

Is it very okay to use the word censorship?

I mean they are.

It's a little imprecise in some case.

It's a little prejudicial.

It could sound like something really bad is happening.

I don't mind being prejudicial in some topics.

I mean because I'm trying to pitch a particular point of view.

This one I'm more interested in way in the pros and cons and really understanding it.

But yeah, I mean to put a tag on the president's tweet and say,

you really ought to get more information on this, which is telling everybody it's false.

But leaving it up is not censorship per se.

No.

And the New York Times for instance, Washington, well every newspaper, every outlet,

censors, all kinds of stuff.

They don't allow stories on there.

Right.

They choose what's in there.

But trying to decide is Twitter a publisher?

Is that like the New York Times or is it something different and therefore is viewed differently

legally?
