clearly there are millions of Americans who met their spouse at work so I just don't think

I have the right to tell people who to date the problem here is that we're starting to

criminalize legitimate relationships between consenting adults and that's a real problem

for me and if this can't be resolved some other way and if this does in fact end up in court

millions of taxpayer dollars are going to be spent by PBS to defend itself and I don't think the taxpayers want their money

spent that way.

Having made that point he raises an intriguing question which I as an open-minded and open-hearted man

willing to entertain.

This is an issue that affects everybody who's ever going to work in America.

As he said, we're criminalizing consensual relationships in the workplace when there are millions

What's interesting to me in the smiley case and the garrison killer case too is that the standard of evidence

if you will, the standard of heinousness is what we anticipate the reaction will be.

So it need not even be the anger of the mob determining whether you are fired.
