| 0:05.0 | Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. |

| 0:09.0 | Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. |
| 0:12.0 | Now one problem we face is that we're controlled by our feelings and it |
| 0:16.9 | can leave our life in chaos. So in these meditations we're learning how to get |

| 0:26.8 | The human person is sometimes called the microcosm of creation. |
| 0:32.1 | We are each one of us like a little universe because we have something in common |
| 0:37.1 | with the whole of creation. We have intelligence and freedom in common with the angels. |

| 0:46.9 | We have physical life in common with the plants. |
| 0:50.0 | And our bodies are made out of the same basic elements as rocks and mountains and oceans. |
| 0:57.0 | We can unite the whole of creation within ourselves so that when we praise God we can represent the entire universe in giving |
| 1:06.4 | him glory and the most powerful way to praise the Lord is to praise him with not |
| 1:11.9 | only our minds and not only our bodies but with our |
| 1:16.2 | feelings to praise him with passion. Our Father who art in heaven, |
| 1:24.3 | hallow would be your name, |
| 1:25.3 | Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. |
| 1:28.8 | Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass |
