Summary

Q: How can we take better care of our physical health and in what ways does that impact our mental and emotional health? Welcome back to the Love & Relationship Podcast, a hotline style show where we tackle all your questions about love, relationships, and mental and emotional health — with short, bite-sized, practical answers. Today on the podcast we’re talking about physical health!! It’s a topic that’s overemphasized in culture, but underemphasized in the church. But caring for your physical health overflows into other parts of your life including your mental and emotional world! My co-host today tag-teaming this question is Katie Anne Church! Katie is a Figure World Champion and a coach, and she’s been on both sides of the physical health spectrum — from a season of obsessing over her body, to now being in a healthy place of honoring God with her body. Today we talk through the top ways to keep your body healthy and strong, and it’s a conversation that inspired and challenged me personally. So tune in to today’s episode and let me know on Instagram what you thought of the conversation! __________ Ready to do the work of getting healthy from the inside out?
