Although I am not an expert in that, I am not a doctor and I don't necessarily really recommend that anybody does what I do.

But what I am good at is staying on the path, discipline

and making sure that I'm getting in what I need to do to be in the best shape that I possibly can so that I can continue to do the things that I like to do. Fish, hunt, hike, climb, be outside, do things with my kids.

And so in talking to some people,

I really have come across a couple of different things.

First, there's a list of things that people do to be in

good shape. That is making sure that you're getting plenty of sleep, making sure that

you're working out regularly, whatever that workout is for you,

whether that's walking or running or cross fit or lifting weights or hiking, swimming, it's all good.

Not one is better than the other.

The best thing is what you can do and stick with, right?

So you have those kind of things of what you do, whether you're what you eat, how you're eating,

finding a plan that works for you. Those are in the do column. But then there's another column. It may be equally as important for
