Traveling can always make having a consistent workout routine more difficult. We have talked about the deck-of-cards workout as a way to overcome this, but using a pair of dice is another great way to work out on the road. You may not always have access to the same equipment, but I have put together a few different sets of dice for different situations on the road. Some dice require just one piece of basic equipment, and others require none at all. One of the things that I have to do for my job is travel a lot and when I go on a shoot for saltwater experience

sometimes I'm gone for two weeks and I may not have any access to a gym or any equipment.

So I've had to figure out how to get in workouts during that time

so that I can maintain my fitness. I may not improve my fitness but I'm going

to maintain my fitness while I'm gone and it also

maintains my mental fitness because if I get out of the gym for too long or I call it

the gym if I get out of the habit of working out for more than a couple of days, I seem to get kind of foggy,

lethargic, my thinking isn't as good as when I'm working out consistently.

So that's one of the big things for me is to maintain my fitness and my routine while I'm on the road.
